At Christmas people are always looking for things to buy people, and for an artist that should be very easy. The best way to get what you want is to tell people. Your mother may want to buy you art supplies but won’t know the difference between charcoal, pen & Ink, watercolour or the like. Why not help her along a little by making a beautiful card with your art and a list of things you would like on the inside. That way she can take that to the store and show the sales person what you do and what she is looking to buy. Think of it this way, you’ll probably get a present anyway, why not be something you want! Merry Christmas everyone and all the best for 2011.
