Organization is the key when completing large drawing projects

When you have large projects it is very important that you are organized and on the same page with the client. When I was approached by this new client to do 260 caricatures for their client’s event Laura-Robillard caricaturethe first question they asked me was have you ever done a project this large before. It was very timely as the week before I had just finished a large project for another client drawing on 130 aprons for another event. You can check out that project here. When I promised them I would have the project completed a week before they wanted it they didn’t believe me. It happened and the client was very happy as you can tell from the feedback below. The artist they had already hired let them down and they searched me out. In the illustration business remember that deadlines are very important and missing the client’s deadline is the same as failing at the project. The business is as important as the art.

Client Testimonial:

Additional Comment: Bruce was terrific! We needed 260 caricatures done in 2 weeks for an upcoming corporate event, which seemed like a tall order. Bruce was on top of it! He was very well organized, completed the caricatures quickly and shared his humour and creativity throughout the project.
Thanks Bruce! Hopefully we get to work together again soon!
