I was drawing caricatures at a recent Christmas party and there was a desk from the venue not being used. Everyone started putting their completed caricatures there so they didn’t have to carry them around all night. At one point I looked over and noticed someone had decided to sit in the chair that was left behind the desk. Better yet he was talking to people about the caricatures. I thought what an awesome idea, “a caricature receptionist”. This person could take care of the caricatures, explain to the guests why I drew their nose real big, and handle any comments or suggestions, perfect! I had to go and take a picture and made sure I told him how great a job he was doing. Maybe next time I’ll even pay him. It sure was a fun party!
