It’s happened again, Bruce Outridge Productions expands to a new service. We have relaunched our DJ service which we launched a couple years ago for the truck shows only. We have now expanded it to the general public. Years ago when we launched the service it was for our radio station and the shows were created for a specific audience. We have now found which shows resonate with live audiences like our Tropical Daze Show.
What type of DJ will Bruce be? That is the loaded question as our DJ service will be limited. We are happy to do most types of events, but our music selection fits an older audience. Anyone over 40-50 years of age will enjoy our music and our shows reflect that. We have divided our music up into signature shows such as the Tropical Daze Show, Oldies and Goldies Show, and the Country Barn Dance. These may work at weddings but we don’t plan on doing many weddings unless they are for an older crowd, I am not interested in playing rap or new hip hop.
Our shows will best fit places such as retirement homes, festivals, themed events, truck shows, car shows, restaurants and bars, and other specialty places.
Over the last few years our Tropical Daze Show has become popular even in the Caribbean. It started about three years ago playing the show at local rum shops on the island. Last year we moved over to a local hotel with a great patio. This year the show made it to some of the restaurants like Pac Souse and the main stage at Worthing Square opening up for DJ Mark B.
