Andrea was a former student of mine a few years ago when I was teaching an adult landscape class at the Oakville Art Society in Oakville, Ontario. On Sunday I attended the opening of Andrea’s first solo show titled “Underwater”. She had a fantastic display and the event was packed. Andrea has grown over the years from one piece of art to a whole series documenting her training in biology. If you are hestiant about jumping into the world of art think of Nike and “Just Do It!” Congratulations to Andrea on setting her goals and following through. Much success for the future.
