It is always nice when you get a testimonial for a gig and long form testimonials are good ways of knowing you are doing a good job for your customers. Testimonials can also be short and sweet offering impact. This happened to me this week after completing an event for an event planner in Toronto that hired me for a corporate event. He received a testimonial from the client about our service that was one line but had real impact.
