Finding reference material

Have you ever wondered how artists find pictures of all of the many items they draw? Well nowadays the internet is a big part of the search, but you local library can play a huge part in finding reference material. Not only can you find information on the subject at hand, but it give you time to look over, reread, and learn. I myself find that by using the internet too much results in work that looks like other peoples because of the many samples available. Create your own image of what you want then find the images to help you draw the final picture. That way the idea comes from you, not the internet.

Good luck,
