Ever wonder why people aren’t respecting you, but demand respect in return?Respect is earned and if you are speaking to someone of authority or experience then you should respect them. If you want respect you have to earn it. That comes from being nice to other people. Once you have that you can then ask them to show you respect. it is a two way street.
