This cartoon was originally drawn for my first book for artists on how to start a business. I find people think that artists just sit around all day and do nothing, but as you can see we work very hard. As much as it seems like little is being done anyone knows that coming up with fresh ideas is very hard work and something that professional artists train themselves to do on a regular basis.
