Story Behind the Cartoon
I thought since it was Sound of Music 2017 in Burlington Ontario this week I would honour this great festival and band with a music cartoon. This caricature / cartoon was done of two of the members of The Killin’ Time Band here in Burlington Ontario. The band lends their amazing talent and music to both of my podcasts and this was done as a little thank you to the band for being so kind with their talent. I put together a video like this for one of the other bands that also lend their music to the shows and thought it was a great idea to thank all of the bands. If you haven’t got yours yet you will!
So I have taken the video of how I created the caricature, some pictures of events where I have seen the band, and added one of my favourite songs called One Set to Freedom off their album of the same name. They are a truly awesome band and I am happy to say I have gone from fan to friend as I have learned more about the band over the years.
