Online Art Class a Big Hit During Pandemic

March 23rd was the first online art class held to help kids get through the boredom of being home all day. The class was delivered through a program call Zoom for ages 7-12. I first tested this with my Grandkids the week before hopefully working out some of the glitches. The focus of this class was to teach students how to take everyday objects like a banana, apple, and a sponge, and turn them into cartoon characters. This is valuable as it helps students and their parents create a drawing lessons from items in their own homes. A good time was had by those attending and we will be holding the next class on Monday March 30th, 2020.
