All I did was go to the washroom! It had been a bash from the start, as the party had started in the parking lot when I arrived early for the reception. The wedding party had a cooler set up outside, then a shots table was set up for 5:00PM as attendees entered the Kitchener event hall. I had been to a wedding before that gave people shots as they entered and it ended up the same way with Aunt Martha being dragged off the stage during her speech.
By 9:00Pm many of the attendees were feeling no pain and this wedding was no different. Although the evening was fun I had found a point where no one was in line and thought it was a good time to take a break and use the restroom. When I returned I found a man pretending to draw his friends in the chair. He hadn’t found the pens thankfully so was doing little damage.
All in all it was a good night and congratulations to Tyanah and Steve on your wedding, all the best for the future.
