How does it work?
Assume you have to put on four events through out the year. You decide on an overall theme for the year such as “Employee Appreciation 2025”. You decide at each event you will show appreciation to your team with the different events and use travel as the underlying theme. You will create each event based on a different place, maybe your company has offices in different locations, or you get your team to vote on their favourite destinations. Now you can book entertainment, venues, and decorations around those places. You find a DJ that fits all those themes, you find other entertainers, and so on. Even the annual Christmas Party could be Christmas in Paris. It gives you an easier way of planning and making each event memorable.
Use any calendar either digital or old style hang on the wall. Mark off your dates, plan the theme, and hire the entertainment and venues if needed. Then just before the event decorate and your done!
