Caricature Artist Helps Far Side Bar Celebrate 5 Years in Hamilton Ontario

Recently I had the pleasure of helping the Far Side Bar in Hamilton Ontario celebrate 5 years in business by drawing caricatures of their employees, guests, and patrons. The bar is the sister location to another bar of the same name in Toronto and is a popular spot for artists and creatives.

While I was there an amazing artist Max had just finished putting the final touches on a life size mural. Owners Mike and Rachel are extremely supportive of the arts and it shows from employees to the events. Opening seven days a week the bar features live bands, DJs, and art events. I am told there is even a gallery in the back open during the Summer months. I had some great conversations and drew some very creative people.
