One of the best things you can do for yourself or your business is to increase your efficiency. I am a time management junkie and am always looking for ways to improve and I teach time management. Start by looking at your work process, the types of work you are taking in and whether that same work is worth while. Many times the work that keeps us the busiest is not paying the bills. Remember the more efficient you are as an artist or entrepreneur the more money you make. Evaluating how much your time is worth is key to making wise business decisions. This time of year is perfect for evaluating your process and making a clean start for the new year.
