I went back to school at Waterloo University lately to draw over two nights for the University’s Orientation event for new students. The event offers music, food, games, and of course caricatures to help students connect and feel comfortable as they enter their first year and time away from family.
I had the pleasure of drawing with three other artists and collectively we drew over 200 people each night at the event. One long line funnelled into four artists.
We had some great conversations with people over the two days and I would like to wish all the students all the best for the future. You’ll do amazing!
