Creating Your Style

What is my style? many artists ask themselves that very question day in and day out. Sometimes trying very hard to create one. A style comes out on its own and and unless you are specifically trying to create that style you may not event know it. To evaluate if you have one take a look back over your own artwork and see if there is a common thread that shows through in your work. Many times it comes through in the way your hold your brush, the kind of drawings you do, etc. Maybe you always use red in your paintings, or paint hair in a certain way. All of theses things help to create a style. If you haven’t found your style yet, don’t worry. It will come out in time.

Have a great day,

Bruce
